#BehindEveryBite – October to November 2025

#BehindEveryBite is the first consumer campaign of Sustain-a-bite, a Horizon Europe project developing new ways to produce minimally processed, plant-based foods that are healthier, affordable, and better for the planet.

Running from October to November 2025, the campaign brings science closer to citizens — showing how innovation in food can help us all eat better without giving up taste or tradition.

The campaign combines online engagement (videos, recipes, challenges) with on-site activities in universities and markets across Europe, all driven by the idea that sustainability starts with small bites.
