At the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad, FoodScale Hub, PLANTOMYC and Sustain-a-bite engaged students with an info stand on sustainable agriculture, plant-based foods and EU research.

PLANTOMYC and Sustain-a-bite will host an info point at the University of Reading, introducing students to plant-based ingredients, sustainable processing and science-driven food innovation.

During BFH’s Career Day, Sustain-a-bite’s Green Bites Team showcased EU research on sustainable food systems and plant-based innovation to students in agriculture, forestry and food sciences.

At IBA Bucharest, the “Behind Every Bite” campaign invited 30–40 students to reflect on food waste, sustainability and everyday eating habits through informal talks with Sustain-a-bite researchers.

At the University of Navarra, PLANTOMYC and Sustain-a-bite delivered two guest lectures linking bioactive compounds, culinary technology and sustainable food innovation for future nutrition professionals.

As part of PLANTOMYC’s collaboration with Sustain-a-bite, RISE welcomed high school students for guided visits and talks on fermentation, biotechnology and sustainable food innovation.

Students from agronomy, food tech and biotech joined Sustain-a-bite’s “Behind Every Bite” session at UPM, exploring how plant-based innovation and minimal processing can shape more sustainable diets.
