The Sustain-a-bite information stand at IBA Bucharest will engage students and researchers in discovering sustainable food processing methods. Two lectures organised jointly by PLANTOMYC and the University of Navarra connected academic theory with real research practice. Students in Bioactive Compounds and Culinary Technology explored how EU projects are driving innovation in sustainable food, nutrition, and plant-based product development.
